How the Doctor-in-the-Loop system works.
AI-generated educational content tailored to your medical specialty — wellness tips, preventive care guides, condition education, and seasonal health reminders. All content is professional, empathetic, and medically accurate in tone.

HIPAA & Compliance
Data privacy and regulatory compliance.
AdVenue Health does not collect, store, or transmit any Protected Health Information (PHI). Our displays show general educational content only — never patient-specific data. We follow HIPAA-aligned best practices and maintain SOC2-compliant proof-of-play logging.
We collect device telemetry (screen health, uptime), account information (clinic name, email, NPI), and anonymized ad impression logs. No patient data is ever collected at any layer of the platform.
Every ad impression is logged with a timestamp, screen ID, and venue context (anonymized). These logs are SOC2-compliant and available for export from your Compliance dashboard. Advertisers use this data to verify their campaigns ran as scheduled.
No. Since AdVenue Health does not access, store, or process any PHI, a BAA is not required. Our platform operates entirely outside the scope of protected health data.
